Cartwright seminar 2013 - One in a Hundred: Improving justice for survivors of sexual violence
In Aotearoa NZ: 7 in 100 cases of sexual violence are reported to police, 3 in 100 go to court and 1 in 100 has a conviction as an outcome.
The seminar covered the barriers to justice, the recommendations of the Law Commission and alternatives to justice.
