MAMA Aroha

Mama Aroha Breastfeeding Basics is an easy-to-follow visual tool designed to be informative to those learning the art of breastfeeding. They say “a picture paints a thousand words”, so we let the images do all the talking. This application puts evidence-based information into a user-friendly format that’s simple to understand. It’s designed to be a visual tool used by both mothers and families, as well as health professionals working with breastfeeding mothers. The content has been approved by the New Zealand Ministry of Health and is also endorsed by NZBA. Created by Amy Wray, a Board-Certified Lactation Consultant and author, whose breastfeeding resources are used worldwide by parents and professionals.
