The results of Family Planning’s contraceptive use survey have been released. A concerning result was that one in four respondents are not using their preferred contraception method. This was primarily due to lack of time (25%) and cost (20%). The results of the survey indicate an ongoing need to invest in sexual and reproductive health services, reduce stigma and shame related to contraceptive use, and promote awareness and education of different methods of contraception.
