This student-led project builds on the 2017 In Our Own Words report, which highlighted the widespread nature of sexual violence across tertiary campuses in Aotearoa. This survey is being relaunched to once again centre survivor voices, demand institutional accountability, and push for meaningful change.

The anonymous survey is open to all current and former students of tertiary institutions across Tāmaki Makaurau (Auckland) and will be open until 1 June. It invites participants to share their experiences of sexual harm in tertiary spaces. These stories will shape a new report to be released during Suffrage Week in September.
